How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Aestheticsbylouise Floor Coating wants every homeowner who gets in touch to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Aestheticsbylouise Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Aestheticsbylouise Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
What to Include
Write to contact@aestheticsbylouise.site and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and the result you would like
How We Respond
We confirm receipt by email, normally within a few business days. We then look into the matter, which may involve speaking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
